i'm back!

i've been out of this world for a couple of days. ain't it obvious? i haven't posted for 2 weeks! let me just recall the events that have taken place in the last 14 days.

september 3-5: i was in lipa, batangas for a leadership training with a bunch of people i don't even know. this "elite" group of emerging leaders was just formed recently, and we're in that "getting to know" stage. i'm happy that i came because as a result, i've gained 19 new friends, and i've learned a lot of things from that experience. oh! this is my personal development plan:

physical goal: to gain 10 pounds!
intellectual goal: to read one book per month.
emotional goal: to maintain my journal (both notebook and online)
spiritual goal: to dedicate atleast 10 minutes of prayer a day

that's all! anyway, back to my story...

when i arrived home that beautiful and tiring sunday afternoon, i had sore eyes. apparently my room mate, who claimed that her bloody red eyes were just an irritation, actually had sore eyes and soon enough inflicted me too. i spent the next 5 days isolated and locked in a room, with the television accompanying me in my solitary confinement. what a way to spend my term break!

but anyway, i'm back on track! school just started...2 days down. a million more to go! hehe somehow i feel that i have the drive to work harder this term. that's a good omen.

all my subjects are okay. i just realized that i'm only taking up one final exam, and that's accounting. but that's good enough i guess. at least i won't experience the agony of cramming on finals week! wipeedoo!
